Two computer Two different AC accounts

I have a simple problem..... I think... I have two computers and two AC account logins... Cable internet 700Mbps & 10/100 ethernet router LAN. If I log both accounts into the game, account1 on computer1 account2 on computer2, they stay in game for about 5-10 minutes then one logs out, then the other account will lose connection. If they are both logged in and one portals away they both loose connection. Does anyone know what i have to do ?

Ef, You have to assign each account a different port so they do not conflict. The problem is, I'm not exactly sure where the settings for this is with the new login screen.

Hope you get it figured out.

It works they are alive !! keeb said the same thing but i was to drunk to realize i was looking in the wrong file !! thanks !

just so you know I had a similar problem last night as i have 3 computers with the product install on all 3 (but 2 accts)....and using a router

ac2 doesnt have a problem but ac1 does you have to change the port in the prefences file found under documents/asheronscall/.....

just so you know for future reference
