Schwarzer Stahl is not truelly a member of the chain but just the rank mule, he is one the list so that person above him updates correctly. There has been problems in the past with that. That beening said I will try and update him the next time I log in.

Zat, can you explain how its possible, if he's got leader and loyalty trained and over the passthrough caps even unbuffed?

Think there might be a bug somewhere.

not that I mind going out and making some xp on crafter, just not sure how it has become needed.

I didn't take it as angry but as wondering

It seems like several people in the FC are having trouble where they seem to meet the requirements for loyalty and leadership and should have the right xp pass-through but don't. I don't know if you want to throw a PM Naka's way asking him to look into this or not but if it happens again, we'll definately get him to have a look at what's happening. Chain calculations are something I truly don't understand and not sure I want too
