Please tell me this a mistake. I check the boards regualrly and see no moves for myself. I hope i wasnt chained around again. Vassel used to be brother hawk. Patron is still Litl princess.

Im guessing you have solid proof of this considering the measures taken to remove me without my knowing and before i had chance to defend myself?

We wouldn't have done it without solid proof. Are you saying you weren't running UCM in the prop?

If you weren't macroing, work that out with the HC, we'll chastize the person who doctored the "proof," and put you back in your old spot ASAP.

If you were running UCM, please don't try to insinuate you weren't.

I'm busy enough trying to help manage the chain at the expense of my free time that I don't need to do this dance of accusation and innuendo.

Am i at least entitled to see this "proof" that had me removed.

As far as I know, the only way prove UCMing is having an admin approach you (which i had happen and preformed the whole little escapde that they make you do) AND for me to directly admit it.

I dont recall ever telling anyone i UCM.

I do other things while macro runs but I am always watching whats going on. playing for long periods of time does not mean UCM.

Another point brought to my attention. Since when do enforce rules before they are in place. Before i posted my first reply, I read the code of conduct....i do not recall seeing anyting about UCM.

Kenny this was taken straight from the Code of Conduct. WHich has been in place for over 2 years.

7) Macros

a) All the rules set forth in this Code of Conduct apply equally to Macros.
b)No Dungeon combat macro's
c)No Unattended Comabt macro's

The recent addition to the rules was made tonight.

I'm going on a little post frenzy today, but how about making it fair for everyone in the chain? Being removed from the chain is a major "in game" changing event. It probably shouldn't be done on hearsay alone.

I understand that you guys require "hard" proof, but what would you think about posting "proof" of people macroing on a page the entire chain and look at? That way we can have a fair "hearing". Or maybe have in game trials, and the judge could be a high council member and a panel of judges (random people from the chain and clan maybe?) votes in the issue.

That way, it takes a lot of pressure off of the chain manager, and the plaintiff can't say that certain higher ups were "out to get him"?

Otherwise, people could be taken out from the chain for no reason other then "proof" that's kept to a small group of people.

I think having trials would be a fair, impartial, high moral LD quality this clan is made up of.

I can assure you that none of the higher ups have it out for anyone.

Our main mission is the clan. We want to do everything possible in our power to preserve the Clan and uphold the Last Dynasty Code of Conduct.

What would you think about term limits for the high council. Maybe getting some fresh perspectives? I'm not nessasarily talking about me, just I have a few good people in mind that I would like to see have a voice in the chain.
