Custom Avatars

If you have a custom Avatar, email it to either Flanker, RangerD or Myself and we will upload it the server for you.

Please, do not use other peoples Avatars. To prevent this, it is a good idea to put your name on the image.

Max size for avatar is 200 X 180

and 6144 bytes.

To take a screenshot in game use * key on the number pad.

Ummm ok, here's my question... where is the number keypad on my Dell laptop? I mean.. do I have to do Function/Scroll Lock, "0", or will a simple Shift 8 do?

When in doubt... Print Screen and paste as new image in any of your favorite imaging software.

you can change the mapping of most functions to different keys in the charachter selection screen when you first open asherons call...my keyboard mapping is about 50% changed keys from what ac's default mapping is. (especially the F# keys....They are all actually useful now

Pee wee, look at your keyboard.

I have a dell laptop as well (not with me) and the numeric key pad is in the U,I,O and J,K,L and N,M,< keys I believe.

So hit the blue Function key on the bottom left and the blue *. I think its on the O key.

I had the same problem , I tried to shrink down ac screen shot and gave up and picked avatar from the ones posted on this site. Any ideas how to do this?

I had blue hair... then it faded to a greenish color then eventually it went back to blonde.... but then I cut it

but hey 7 months and counting since then and my afro keeps growing

I use paintbrush to do all of my pics and then convert them to jpg...if you want an odd way to get your charachter down to the right size on your screen that actually works....open up painbrush in windows and change teh feild size to the size that you want (200x180).....hold up a peice of paper to your screen and trace the block...cut out what you just traced and go in game. swivil aroudn your camera and zoom out untill you have the screen shot you want sittign underneath the peice of paper.

Resize? Screenshots?? Oh, I guess the fact that I am using a Casio wristwatch computer, and the screen is the exact size requirements of the avatar size, I don't have to worry.

(ok, give it up... how many of you had one of those Casio calculator watches... come on.. where are the old school nerds... come on.. who are ya??)
