Usually it means that there is something wrong

You have ElTank installed ? Did you deactivate ElComs (or however the IRC part of ElTank is called) ?

Does this error happen all the time ? Or only randomly ?
Does it also occur when you disable ElTank and enable MJ and vice versa ?

It's all fixed now. I had to update decal for tank to work. I have IRC disabled on tank and have unchecked the LD channel also to keep it from trying to connect. All seems to be good now.
