These moves need to be made in this order.

H A V O K (95) swears to Rathgryn the hunter (95)
Rathgryn the hunter sets H A V O Kas Key Vassal
Allana the Bringer (92) swears to H A V O K (95)
H A V O K sets Allana the Bringer as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
