Moving the Site to a new server.

I'm moving the site to a new physical server. The new server will have a static IP address and will hopefully resolve any connectivity issues some of you are having.

I hope this will be a seemless move.

At the most, we may lose a handful of messages. Right before we make the move official, I will post here to give everyone a heads up and how to access the new site until the settings are permanent.
