Danik I would recommend that you bring any Decal questions to the Decal/Plugins board. You will probably find better help there than in this thread.

Ok I added a new thing in my acstats with the URL being http://lastdynasty.net/stats/ so should it uploard then?? anyway i'm on now trying to upload with that URL so if u know what i'm dfoin wrong plx let me know

Please read the ACStats page FAQ for the information you need to configure your plugin. There's actually a file that you download, once run, all the data you need to enter into the plugin are automatically entered.
