The only rules: Keep them fairly clean, sensitive to the feelings of others, and not too controversial. On the other hand, also realize that they are just jokes and not meant to be taken personally. With that said, here is the only "blond guy" joke I've ever heard:

An Irishman, an Italian, and a blond guy were working on a high-rise building. Each day, they ate lunch together, and each day they each ate the same thing. The Irishman ate corned beef and cabbage, the Italian ate lasagna, and the blond guy ate a bologna sandwich. One day, the Irishman opened his lunchbox, saw the corned beef and cabbage and said, "Faith and begorrah! If I get corned beef and cabbage for lunch just once more, I'll jump off this building!" The Italian opened his lunchbox, saw the lasagna, and said," Mamma Mia!! If I get lasagna one more time, I'll jump off this building, too!" The blond guy opened his lunchbox, saw the bologna sandwich, and said, "I'm with you guys. If I get bologna once more for lunch, I'll jump off, too!"

The next day, the Irishman opened his lunchbox, saw the corned beef and cabbage, and jumped off the building. The Italian opened his lunchbox, saw the lasagna, and jumped. The blond guy opened his lunchbox, saw the bologna sandwich, and jumped.

Later on, at the wake for the three men, their wives got together. The Irishman's wife said, "Oh, if I had known he was so tired of corned beef and cabbage, I wouldn't have made it for him again! The Italian's wife said, "If I knew he was tired of lasagna, I wouldn't have made it for him, either!" The blond guy's wife said, "Don't look at me: he always made his own lunch!'
You can't scare me, I teach 4-year olds!!

Adversity has the effect of eliciting talents, which, in prosperous circumstances, would have lain dormant. -Horace
