do we have a bound alle hall? if so what town is it in and whats the recall command?

Lin is still my town, my apartments there and it still has sentimental value.
As does Nanto as most of my original toons were created in the North Nanto outpost.

Mine are all in Tou-Tou. Just so happened when cottages came out and I bought one, they settlement portal was in Tou-Tou too.
