[Edited by Oof 10/31/2003: Something odd is going on with Downy's numbers. When I posted these orders, she was showing as 213 million under quota. Since quota is 12 million per week for the OH, theoretically the quota numbers could never get lower than 36 million under quota. 36 million would be doing no hunting at all for three weeks. Her %quota number is very, very low, which usually means vassals have been lost and is dropping the automatic passthrough below 93.75%. Downy shows as having 12 vassals. The only thing I am sure about is that Downy is hunting hard and the deficit number is coming down quickly. Until we get figured out exactly what is going on with her numbers, I don't want to remove a productive member of the chain. Since she is producing XP at a far higher level than 12 million a week right now, she stays in the chain while I continue to try to figure out her quota numbers actually mean.
