Yes.. I just had to uninstall 3.8 and go for 3.7. It's not just the higher cards that are affected. Mine is a Radeon 9200 AIW.

It's a universal driver and has the same effect no matter what card you're using it seems.

For me it was booting me from game to a black screen warning from my monitor that there was no signal input from my card, and also booting me to VPU recovery, then going to lines on my screen while it kept trying to reset my monitor refresh rate. I checked if my refresh rate had been changed on hertz by it and it had!!

I had friends warn me to get rid of it as it can fry the monitor.

My monitor is brand new and I can't afford another if it's fried! I bought it less than 2wks ago. At the same time I bought my card too. So it's surely this driver. I'm not having this problem with the 3.7 catalyst.

So please heed this warning.. ATI is of-course denying it does it.. but I've had friends lose their monitors to this driver.
