Removing Rabid Raptor IV per request. Please complete the following ASAP.

1) Rathgryn the Hunter swear to Oiram

2) Oiram set key vassal to Rathgryn the Hunter

3) Post here when complete

Note: Rabid isn't leaving, he's simply moving to the Casual Chain. Rabid, thanks for you contributions to the chain in the past and have fun in the CC.
