Wimp is indeed the greatest Tinkerer in game
If you can't get in touch with him, you can also give me a tell, my tinkerer isn't as good as Wimp but still does quite well on weapons (skill 556)(armour tinker is low 435)
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to.
So that when they turn their backs on you.
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.

I have a little tink mule. He's good for five or six tinks, then it's off to the big guys.

Remind me to never take any armor from Pee-Wee again. I thought that girth he gave me a while back had a strange smell..

You can always contact me or my roommate for any tinkering needs. We can usually take care of the first several tinks without a problem.
