I've gotten Verjigorm Dragonslayer to lv 83. I feel the time has come for him to start equipping Armor with creature spells as he'll never have creature for self buffing.
Specifically, what I am looking for:
The Base Stats (Str/End/Coord/Quick/Focus/Will)
Magic Resistance
Unarmed Combat Mastery
Would also like the following if possible:
Sprint, Jump, Arcane Lore
I know I can get Coordination on Gaunts, Unarmed Mastery on Shoes or vice versa. Now it's just a matter of finding the rest. For Invulnerability, I've got Diamond Shields that will cover that need, as well as other Shields.
The stats I can meet at this time: Magic Defense 245, Melee Defense 325, Arcane Lore 190 ~ still cheap to raise.
I prefer the armor to be AL 350+ but if it fits my needs, I can go with lesser.
Yes I know, but no one looks outside of here!

That's why Trekman DOES have Creature Magic, but no Life Magic.
12 credits for 8 Self-Prot spells vs. 8 credits for - uhm - more than 8 spells...
It is much easier to get a complete set of Life-Prots level 6 and ultimately "6.5" (Ancient Armor) and 7 on equipment than to try to get all relevant Creature stuff.

Trek isn't the only one with lifeless knowledge.
Jump, IMO, is worthless to fret over not having. Too easy to raise it high enough to do what you need.
Invuln, UA, & armor are also available on Racial helms (400 buffed skill req) in addition to invuln being offered on the sublime acid bracelet...along with Acid 7. w00t!
Arcane lore...is not a worry. you only need to worry about the thing you put on after taking the arcane lore off. For instance, the Sublime Bracelet...
I've built multiple sets of equipment that cover all relevant life/critter for combat purposes. Currently in use; One includes the Ruby and Amber Caul rings, and the Olthoi bracelet. The other includes Koji's Visage, a Banderling Bone Ring, and a host of loot-gen stuff.
Come by my house sometime and I'll do what I can to fully kit you out insofar as life and critter are concerned.
FYI: Finding dual jewelry with rejuv/regen is a PAIN! And, Get your Arcane to buff to around 300+ with VI and focus stone.
Don't forget that healing only comes on the same pieces as UA & coord; hands/feet. Good buff to have.

Yeah, I'm aware of quest jewelry, and an currently wearing some. However, I wanted the Cov Armor to cover all those needs so I could use the Quest jewelry to cover Min/Mods.
Yes, having majors to cover stats/skills would be nice, however I have no luck finding majors worth a durn, either to use or sell, so I don't count on Majors.
I have one suit of Double Creature/Life clothing/jewelry. All Level VI. Problem with this is, it's all geared for an Aluvian. Yes, it's easy to change, but it's been changed a couple times already, or some other tink to fit my DI needs, or mana stores, or value. I also don't want to alter it, as I enjoy playing Thurmin without the need for buffs. He has item to travel, and cast 4s on his weapons/armor if necessary.
Having a Cov suit would give him a good armor base, all my wanted creature buffs, a cool look and some built in banes
