Ditch some stickies please!

Too many sticky threads.

At best we need policy, application, current reporting ONLY, and insertion/removal orders.

I'd be happy to help keeping things neat if needed.

That said, I've got something to post here for my chain-mates to consider, but I'll wait until things get cleaned up first.

I'm pretty good at keeping the stickies population down

You'll notice that most of them are reports and I've kept them up so they don't get lost. I'll deal with them later this week.

Seeing as nearly all of the traffic here is limited to reports, averaging about 2.1 other threads (outside of chain announcements) per month, and considering that there have been ten new threads (besides reports) since June first, I don't think that losing the reports is much of a worry.
