Panz needs to get on early

I screwed up and ended up leaving allegiance instead of leaving fellow. I need to swear back to Panz so everyone is still in chain and alleg. Sorry all, been working too many hours and hit the wrong thing.

He's got homeowner's insurance doesn't he? Oh, and be sure to let me know if anyone in the household has a heart condition. When the flash-bang goes off simultaneously with the door being blown from its hinges, it can kind of give you a scare.

It doesn't really matter who you swear to. You're higher level than me, so there will be no XP flow. So, you can find anyone to swear to get back in to the clan for now.

Oh and NC, I am friends with members of the SWAT team, so they would probably just call me.

I think I usually wake up earlier than they do, anyway.

OK then everybody, we now have a clan mission: Get Panzerfaust to the same level as AC so that AC's xp can start passing up to the monarch again.

I have been meaning to start doing the hunter's quests with Oof anyway. I hereby pledge to get Panzerfaust and fellow with him before I then in anyway of the big xp turn-ins. If some/most/all of the higher levels will do the same, in addition to power hunting maybe we can this???

I'm thinking at a couple of hundred million of xp per turn-in, split by 50% in a fellow, that will add up with enough people involved.

How far behind AC is Panz?

Several Billion. Ac is about 248, panz is still in the 230+

Ouch, that is more than several billion, but I think we can do it!

What we really need to do is to get Panzer a full boat of direct working vassals. That makes more difference than anything else. I don't know if he has any empty spots, or any old vassals that he can temporary trade out to another toon or something.

Panzer? Can we, as a clan collective, turbo charge your xp for you? Or do you prefer to be one of those old, stuffy monarchs who plod along earning xp the hard way, one rabbit at a time?

Stupid turbine needs to allow pass-up to a monarch. There is no reason a monarch should not be able to accept xp from any level player.

Oh, my character is level 249 and almost 250. I don't see any way we can catch Panz up to me given the fact that I have passed him up around 15 billion in the last month and 1/2.

Is there anyone in contact with a Turbine official that can influence them into allowing a monarch to get pass-up from any level character as long as the monarch is over level 126? The job of monarch is not for everyone and I was 50 levels below him when I got into this clan. I do believe this should be only an acception for a Monarch.

Can you swear to anyone regardless of level nowadays, but only pass up xp to those higher level than you?

Hmmm... kind of like the inexperienced pupils teaching the teacher... or we could say, the worse the teacher the better the students learn.... errr... yes... no.... *goes back to preparing his lessons for next week*

The pass up has changed as well. While it may show 15 billion passed up from AC to me, I have received a little more than half of that. And, that's with other direct vassals.

EDIT: example: The first dbl xp weekend, I received a total of 5+ billion xp. That's with AC, Mune, Keebler all hunting, I assume. Maybe a couple others too.

Zataki, now anyone (I think they have to be higher than level 1, but I'm not sure about that) can swear to anyone else; however, the xp passup rules have changed.

For xp to pass up the vassal must not be higher than the patron upon swearing, e.g., the patron is level 10 and the vassal is level 10 or below.

Otherwise, the patron will receive zero xp pass us UNTIL the patron catches up in level, at which point the patron will start receiving xp pass up and will continue to receive xp pass up, even if the vassal once again outlevels the patron.

If a vassal accidently breaks, as was the case with AC, it doesn't matter if the vassal has been a long-term clan member and was broken only for a short time. As far as I know, there are no exceptions (yet) to the rule of Higher Level Vassal = No Pass Up. There was some talk of making an exception for monarchs I believe, but I don't think that anything has been done about it yet.
