Weapons, Maximum Damage Spread per Wield Req?

Does anyone know the cold hard numbers for this? I seem to remember seeing it someplace or other, but I have since lost touch with this. Could someone who has knowledge, show me what the damage spread is for all weapons and their wield requirements?
