Been doing ok, not much really going on, got an email from Turbine about the last update requesting that I return to the game and I figured that I would just stop by the old forum and if it was still around. Seeing that the forum was still here I just could not resist bumping this thread.

Ahhh, I am finally clearing out Keebs account. Planning on unsubbing in May. Going to be weird for a while not getting in game everday.

Saw your g'bye post on the VN. Speaking from experience, it is weird when you make the decision and leave Dereth.

And it is always fun when when you find someone who knows "The market at Qual". Back when motes were king and shards were nigh unobtanium. A crowd at the vendor in Heb, and portal storms. The GMC quest, oh, and the Impious Staff! Jinxing the door in Sub (I had LP, no prob for me). That first run to Ayan (wtf is a griever??). Later, there was Naka riding nekkid on the back of the nascent Olthoi queen, and jumping off the edge of the world.

I tell a lot of stories around campfires, and you are all legends. Cameloo especially, for all of the CR he helped me with in the old days. Even Panzer gets honorable mention.

Heroes get tired, and have earned their rest well.

Hola Ncatyl,

The stories of this game are almost imbedded in me. I have told so many ppl about some of the things we have done in this game. It is hard to say goodbye considering how long I played. I still find myself checking the LD boards 2 or 3 times a day even though they have been very slow for years now.

This thread is a long one just about my death count, but at least we can say Keebler I has visited the ls for the last time. Who knows, maybe one day I will return, but doubt it. The game is no longer what it use to be, and even though LD is not nearly as active as it once was, I can not see myself with any other clan tag. It was a great run.

It took me weeks to go through all my mules and give away stuff that had just been sitting around for years. I figured if I hadn't used it, I wasn't going to use it, even if I decided to return. I gave Urrasa writs and mmds to pay for the mansion, but I only had enough for about 8 months.
