decal flashing?

anyone know how to fix flashing windows running decal? like the decal tab will flash when open? its a pain and is giving me a headache

Ive read the forums on decal about AA but that didnt do the trick 8(

hmm -- kinda remember something about this. Try adjusting your anti-aliasing in your video control panel to something like 4X instead of application controlled.

8( still no good..odd that theres no flashing on my desktop..flashing is only on my laptop..but thats what i use most to play 8( very annoying 8( 8(
