These moves need to be made in this order.

Loxor (90) swears to Shane Gandolfsun (97)
Shane Gandolfsun sets Loxor as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
