X-treme Axe is now set as Koinonia's key vassal. I understand that Karkaas wants to be released from chain, but I don't want to release him until changes are made. What are the next steps?

I would suggest letting Karkaas the Mage breaking from you, if he has droped in rank and you need the space for an other vassal then go ahead and drop him, other wise just let him break from you.

Thanks, I have all 12 slots filled for vassals, but several of those are just cross server vassals that won't matter if they're dropped.
