Question concerning Avatars.

Is it possible to submit my personal avater, so I may use it on these forums? There once was an option to upload a pic in the profile editor... but it no longer seems to be there. If someone could give me an address to e-mail my pic or whatever else I need to do I would most certainly appreciate it. Thank you for your time in this matter.
