These moves need to be made in this order.

Tiger Child (43) swears to Skilled Killer (63)
Skilled Killer sets Tiger Child as Key Vassal
Lundgryn the Clever (42) swears to Tiger Child (43)
Tiger Child (43) sets Lundgryn the Clever as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
