These moves need to be made in this order.

Tracer Zero (86) swears to Dark-Epyon (90)
Dark-Epyon sets Tracer Zero as Key Vassal
Daggerth (83) swears to Tracer Zero (86)
Tracer Zero sets Daggerth as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.

I'm on at euro times. Saw Tracer this morning, but he didn't respond to tells.

Tell me when you're usually on, tracer, and lets find a way to meet up

Personally i'd prefere something around 1pm-6pm EST, which is 7pm-midnight for me.
