These moves need to be made in this order.

Carlsberg (74) swears to Fu Man Ki (77)
Fu Man Ki sets Carlsberg as Key Vassal
Alltrades (70) swears to Carlsberg (74)
Carlsberg sets Alltrades as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
