These moves need to be made in this order.

Mikalika Hiney-Ho (44) swears to Ima Alchy II (46)
Ima Alchy II sets Mikalika Hiney-Ho as Key Vassal
Tiger Child (40) swears to Mikalika Hiney-Ho (44)
Mikalika Hiney-Ho sets Tiger Child as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.

I will be on as Pee-Wee for the most part right now, till I get both Mikalika Hiney-Ho and Pee-Wee into the chains.
