Question about the stats page

I'm wondering if someone can help me understand the CC stats page. I'm a total noob and can't make heads or tails of it other than I don't think I'm doing too well
(I hate failing but not sure what I'm failing at). Is there something or someone that can interpret the table for me?

There's two columns you want to look at, the %quota and %vassal.
To "meet quota" in the casual chain, your %vassal needs to be at or above 93.75% and your %quota needs to be at or above 100%.
Since your pass-through rate (%vassal column) is only 80%, it means you don't have enough vassals, or not high enough leadership or loyalty.
Playing with an
XP calculator, it looks like the only way to boost your pass-through rate is to raise your loyalty. 200 Buffed is your long-term goal. Every point counts. Consider building a Bauldren and acquiring a major Loyalty item, and have them equipped when you log off.
If you like numbers, here's some more concrete data on Loyalty and pass-through rate.
BuffedLoyalty......Passup-rate
160.....................86.25% This is where you are now
170......................88.25%
180......................90%
190......................91.875%
200......................93.75%
This is the cap

Blue Orchid is failing for because her buffued Loyalty is below 200 and Merryweather has been hunting quite a bit.
I for now would not worry about it to much, the Casaul Chain does not require its members under 50 to have the Leader and Loyalty skills that it would requier to pass. I would recommend raising her loyalty skill with the exp that she gets from the chain so that by the time that she is 50 there will be no problem.

OK, that helps to have it explained. I'm working on Leadership and Loyalty and should be close by 50. Merryweather is hunting like crazy and I for one appreciate it!
I guess at some point I might wish to look at having vassels but honestly, I don't think I'm the patron type. I'll stick with Loyalty and Leadership being buffed to what is suggested. Thanks for the explanation!
