These moves need to be made in this order.

Illuminaiton (60) swears to De Alchy (60)
De Alchy sets Illuminaiton as Key Vassal
Blue Orchid (43) swears to Illuminaiton (60)
Illuminaiton sets Blue Orchid as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
