These moves need to be made in this order.

Merryweather (40) swears to Blue Orchid (42)
Blue Orchid sets Merryweather as Key Vassal
Tiger Child (37) swears to Merryweather (40)
Merryweather sets Tiger Child as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
