These moves need to be made in this order.

Harbringer's Slave (25) swears to Dark-Epyon (41)
Dark-Epyon sets Harbringer's Slave as Key Vassal
Schwarzer Stahl (11) swears to Harbringer's Slave (25)
Harbringer's Slave sets Schwarzer Stahl as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
