These moves need to be made in this order.

2. Chada II (75) swears to Cols (77)
   Cols sets Chada II as Key Vassal
   
3. I am a trade mule (71) swears to Chada II (75)
   Chada II sets I am a trade mule as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
