These moves need to be made in this order.

Crimson Wound (66) swears to Miles perour (68)
Miles perour sets Crimson Wound as Key Vassal
Janova (64) swears to Crimson Wound (66)
Crimson Wound sets Janova as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
