THERE IS A CHAIN BREAK BETWEEN PHRED AND WRECK-AGE.
Wreck-Age is now my monarch.
Obviously you idiots did this wrong. I earned well over 50 million XP today and obviously at least part of it didn't make it all the way up the chain.
If you aren't smart enough to do this correctly you should be IMMEDIATELY removed from the chain.
I have no way to get back to the mansion. Thanks, morons.
Update: Spoke to Phred. He dropped wreck-age to accept the new chain vassel. Obviously he doesn't understand exactly what happened here. Everyone below Phred is now out of the monarchy. This isn't exactly the way its supposed to be.

ok.. .heres the deal..becuase I had to drop leadership temporaily to do somethgn with my template... I had to regain 12 directs...
Don't bitch at me for followin chain procedure lucky...
yes there is a problem
Whos fault is it... no ones really... things like this are inevitable with any system that requires more than one step.
You are in the right to complain about the break in the chain...
However, do not try to belittle my intelligence over a matter in which I was following orders from a chain manager... if you feel that something is wrong with the system... figure out a better one and suggest it to the chain managers....
Thank you and have a nice day.

Phred, you are flat out and completely wrong.
Obviously you aren't going to take my word for it, so I have a sneaking suspicion that a chain manager will reply to this thread shortly and tell you that you did it wrong.
You cannot ever ever ever release your chain vassel unless you are getting a new chain vassel (who is in the chain - which your new vassel is not).
You did the procedure wrong.
You ADD the new vassel (so you'll have two "chain" vassels temporarily) and the old vassel will release himself and swear to the new vassel and there will NEVER be a chain break (for more then a few seconds).
You broke the chain and screwed everyone below you. Furthermore, you screwed yourself since there is no chain under you passing up XP.
Whos fault is it... no ones really... things like this are inevitable with any system that requires more than one step.
Its your fault. I just told you how to avoid the break. It is NOT inevitable if you do it correctly.
figure out a better one and suggest it to the chain managers....
See above.
However, do not try to belittle my intelligence over a matter in which I was following orders from a chain manager
That is not the chain managers orders. I guarantee that no chain manager will EVER EVER EVER tell you to break the chain. Never, not ever. Not going to happen.
See above on how to avoid this.
Thank you and have a nice day.
No, thank you and learn how the chain works.

thats my case....did I inadvertantly break the chain becuyase I needed to let someone go to complete what I needed ot do?.. yes.. did I screw up your day?.. I dont really care.... I did what I was supposed to do.. you can go to hell if you feel like I am satan incarnate for followign orders.
EDIT: I dont want to get into a flame war here but I have very little guarantee as to what time I will be in game... if I am in game and required to make a move....I will do what i can to facilitate that as quickly as possible....otherwise any move that has anythign to do with me could take months at a time to orchestrate....vent on me all you want.. I dotn give a rats ass abotu what you think on this amtter becuase well...I jsut dont.

Stop the flamefest now!! If you feel the need to continue blasting each other take it to PM's, otherwise work it out here in a rational discussion.

No, you didn't do what you were supposed to do. I know there is a manager somewhere around who can explain this to you.
Also, its nothing personal. I posted my first comments long before I had any idea why and/or how the chain was broken.
Once I found out what happened I very nicely and (relatively) politely explained the situation.
Unfortunately, you aren't supposed to drop your chain vassel. Thats nowhere in the instructions.
I dont really care.... I dotn give a rats ass abotu what you think on this amtter becuase well...I jsut dont.
This is what really makes me mad about the whole situation. You did it incorrectly, screwed everyone below you (and above you, for that matter) and you don't seem to care. I think thats a bad attitude and thats why this chain is what it is. If you don't care enough about the chain to do things correctly then you should be removed.
Again, its nothing personal and this isn't supposed to be a flame fest. I'm just trying to explain to you the correct way to do it and doing it without screwing the whole chain in the process.
