The new stats page shows me as 'failed', is this just a carry over from the food chain quota calculations? I am doing my pincer and tusker turn ins, but didnt understand how I could be failing in a no quota chain

Failing in CC means that your toon is not passing up the maximum amount of XP to your patron. The amount is 93.75%. So if you passign up less than 93.75 % then you will show less than 100%. Kinda confusing. Plan ans simple - just think of 93.75% being 100% on the stats page. I looked at your stats and you have 12 vassals and your Loyalty buffs to 245 which should be good, the only thing I can think of is that you havent buffed your Loyalty perhaps. If you were hunting at all with this toon during that time period, it will show well over 100%.

Thanks for the reply, so 100% really means 93.75%.
I have turned in a plated tusk and pincer during this time, but I usually just hunt for loot or to explore. I dont go to any of the dungeons unless my timer is up, then I am in and out as fast as possible. I dont do the 'hot spots' (DoV or tusker island) as it isnt my thing. I guess I will have to do a night or 2 to get back to 100%.

More likely, you need to make sure you have 12 direct vassals and hunt with leadership and loyalty buffed at all times.
Also it should be noted that the "level percentage" tusks DO NOT pass up xp. The fixed xp tusks do, such as the 500k tusk (Silver I believe), but the ones above (the ones that pass up a percentage of your lvl in xp) do not.
So, that would mean Armored, Rampager, Plated, Assailer, and Devastator tusks DO NOT pass up xp. The xp goes to the character who turns them in and nowhere else.

One other thing, don't ever log off after getting killed. I used to do it all the time out of anger and frustration. Your stats will be 5% reduced and you won't have your buffs on. The result is a kill to your XP Passup.

I always have my 12 vassals, leader and loyalty buffed (and I have a major leader helm I wear).
I didnt know about the no pass up on plated tusk -- wont bother to do that one again! Only did it as I thought it would help the chain.
I guess what confused me the most was that I was under the impression that there was NO quota in this chain, other than keeping buffs up and turn in pincer every 3 weeks. So was surprised to see that anyone would be flaged as 'failed'. Seemed a bit harsh for a no quota chain.
Just my 2py worth.

This is a NO quota chain but there are cetain requirements that must be met after level 50. These requirements are in place to make sure that the maximum XP passup rate can be retained from one member to its patron and so on up the chain. One of these requirements would be that you have your loyalty at or above 200 and buffed as much as you can, idealy always. Then after 50 you need to have either your leadership trained and buffed to 163 or have 12 vassals. If you meet those requirements the only reason you would dip below 100% (or in realty 93.75%) would be because you forgot to buff your loyalty and leadership, or lets not forget, there may be a possible failure in the uplaoading process.
Hope this helps clarify.

Shogun II,
There is not quota per say, however, as stated in the chain Policy:
CASUAL CHAIN POLICY wrote:Every toon level 50 and up must have their loyalty buffed to 200+ at all times, and have an effective leadership of 163+ at all times.
Which will give any toon the 93.75% pass up which is where some one is marked a failed, if they fall under that for there pass up. That is in place so that we do not have some one place a toon in the chain an then do nothing other than leach the exp out of the chain.
Additional the policy states:
CASUAL CHAIN POLICY wrote: No XP quota, BUT you are expected to earn xp! Above all, you are expected to be an "active" participant in the chain.
If someone buffs there loyalty and leadership at all times and hunts for around an hour a week they will be passing the "qouta" with no problem.

If you logged out sometime and either loyalty or leadership happened to not be buffed, then this will affect you pass-up%. Even though you are not logged on, xp still passes thru you.
However, you show as "success" now, so I guess the point is moot. Still, good to know stuff for the future.
