These moves need to be made in this order.
- Yisati II (30) swears to Atomic Punk (51)
Atomic Punk sets Yisati II as Key Vassal
- Shane' (17) swears to Yisati II (30)
Yisati II sets Shane' as Key Vassal
Post when each step is complete. Post if you have any question or porblems with this order.

Ive been looking for Both of yas but no luck yet,you can get ahold of
Sticky fingers or Con Artist, they can probably log in for me if im notr on,hes pretty chronic player so good chance to ketch him
