Only one person has been removed for "slacking off" and that was because we knew he had quit the game and moved on to AC2.

As far as Cold Striker goes, he was at the bottom of the chain for some time, and so he was not receiving xp. Now that he will be receiving xp, I expect him to contribute to the chain.

As soon as we get the AC stats back to running smoothly, I intend to start enforcing our policies a little more zealously. This will begin with friendly reminders to those who have not been contributing to get with the program.

Booting from the chain is our LAST option. First, we would rather discuss the situation with individual toons and try to come up with a plan to fix any problems...whether it be with AC Stats, loyalty/leadership, or xp production. Second, chain arounds just make more work and head-aches for the rest of us.

Best to avoid extra work if at all possible!
