These moves need to be made in this order.

Ach Choo (25) swears to Rickster (25)
Rickster sets Ach Choo as Key Vassal
Schwarzer Stahl (13) swears to Ach Choo (25)
Ach Choo sets Schwarzer Stahl as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
