Going to try this one again.

Need to Swear around Merryweather so that she can be move up in the chain. Please complete the following.

Skilled Killer (60) swears Blue Orchid (60)
Blue Orchid sets Skilled Killer as key vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
