These moves need to be made in this order.

Red McDeath (93) swears to Sciana Cau (93)
Sciana Cau sets Red McDeath as Key Vassal
Crafter al'shindhi (87) swears to Red McDeath (93)
Red McDeath sets Crafter al'shindhi as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.

Sciana Cau 95 NoKey Key Vassal is not set.
