These moves need to be made in this order.

Grey's Mage (62) swears to Pagan Archer (62)
Pagan Archer sets Grey's Mage as Key Vassal
Atomic Punk (60) swears to Grey's Mage (62)
Grey's Mage sets Atomic Punk as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.

This move is beening cancled, it seem Grey out lvl Pagan Archer by few levels.
