These moves need to be made in this order.

Deric (60) swears to Miles perour (63)
Miles perour sets Deric as Key Vassal
Pagan Archer (59) swears to Deric (60)
Deric sets Pagan Archer as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
