3.3% passup aint looking to pretty on the chain page and I'm quite sure your patron isn't real pleased with it either.

With the new way chains work, your passup is based on what your direct vassal has sent you. Hence some of the low passup% numbers. If you have a particularly prolific earner as a vassal, your passup% is gonna look a little low and that's ok, as long as you're passing quota. But failing with 3.3% passup is ridiculous.

I only recieved 4mil passup and didn't hunt that why I am showing, it will be taken care of dont worry
