I am a level 30+ Axer. Just made him today and have no leadership but can pump my loyalty. I well hunt all day and make a lot of EXP. I am only asking to join now because I want to try and take advantage of these last two weeks of "free" EXP thanks!

at your level you would definately be the lowest in the chain and would receive no xp.

I'm not sure if this is official, but I think its safe to say the chains are closed. With so little time left, I don't think we need to be ruining loyalty bonuses if we don't need to be.
