Please have URBAIN GRANDIER set his key vassal to KAZEYER -- ASAP!

This is messing up the chain page order. Please post here when completed.

it was compleate from the very min he was sworn to everytime i look it says that its done i just done know what to say

Do you have the latest MJ? When you click on it in game who is it showing as your key vassal?

Something is wrong as we are showing that you have your mule Kelsa Ravenlock set as your key vassal.

Please get with Trek or Panz if everything is showing Kazeyer as key vassal in game.

We might need to have Kelsa clear his key vassal or else set it to some non-chain character, I'm not sure. The chain page does some tree walking thing where it checks up the tree and then back done, looking at patrons and key vassals, and when something doesn't jive sometimes it gets confused.

MJ does not talk to our chain pages - only ACStats does.
MJ has its own little "chain thingie", therefore you can define a Key Vassal there too.
But for our chain pages only ACStats is important.

well this week i only have 2 days i can be ingame so i will do what i can asap one thing though from the time of the data base switch it hasnt worked properly so should i maybe uninstall and reinstall the program? ive more or less been complaining about problems with acstats for months and watching 95% of the exp i make vanish i think maybe 1 out of 10 times i use the update link it might actually work so any input is most welcome

Uninstalling and reinstalling ACStats and the chain reg file won't hurt, and it might help.

Disregard instructions about MJ. Although it has a tracking utility, we don't use it.

I've looked at your problem and here's what you'll prolly have to do:

Without having AC or Decal running, uninstall ACstats.

Then delete ACstats folder manually.

Redownload ACstats and go get the clan reg file again.
(The reg file is important because its what sends data to our chain page. However, for whatever reason the reg file sometimes becomes corrupted and that will cause the chain page to stop tracking your data and can cause problems with restting the key vassal.)

The above steps, if followed exactly should fix you right up.
Get it done as soon as you can.

well it i did all that and it seems to be working so far hopefully it stays working

Great. Remember that process. Every once in a while the reg file becomes corrupted. That always seems to fix it.
