Time to use scroll of dark rain ?

I'm back with magic res question

My base magic def is 309 (with focus/will 270 base) next point costs me 258M.
I think it 's my last point before using the scroll. Am I right ?

With Magic Resistance trained (not specialized)

I think the progression for the last three point is;

258million--> 285million--> 310million

so yea, if it says 258 to raise....time to use it. Have your camera ready for the light show.
