Reinserting C l o u d into the OH in accordance with chain policy. Please complete the following ASAP.

1) C l o u d swear to Smiley DONE

2) Oof break from Smiley and swear to C l o u d

3) Smiley set key vassal to C l o u d

4) C l o u d set key vassal to Oof

5) Post here as each step is completed.

Note: C l o u d check your PMs please. Any other 200+ members who would like to cycle to the bottom of the OH, please feel free to post that you would like to do so. I'm sure all of the sub-200 chain members who have helped push you to 200 would appreciate the additional help for them to reach that high too.

These orders expire four days from the posting date, that's tomorrow, January 4. Please update the status on this. Also, Gruhen Do is ready to be inserted into the OH and I don't know yet which one of you to swear him to.
