Failing Qouta?

I see that I am failing qouta and this is due to my waiting to be removed from FC,however I see its not a miserable faliure because I log Chada II in everyday even though I don't play her. Umm I will get Chada's qouta back up to passing hopefully within next couple days because I see that Tenchi Muyo is failing badly.Hope it will help in some minute way.
