Promoting Brutal UA IAW with chain policy and his request. Congrats Brutal! Please complete the following ASAP.

1) Brutal UA swear to Garnet COMPLETE

2) Acidic Flow break from Garnet and swear to Brutal UA (COMPLETE)

3) Garnet set key vassal to Brutal UA

4) Brutal UA set key vassal to Acidic Flow

5) Post each step here as completed.
