Hi..what do the columns mean...."added xp" and "quota"

I only understood the old page was when i was in the red

The easiest way on this page is to watch the Status column on the left side. It will either say Failed or Passed. I'll try to get a full understanding of what each of the columns mean and how the database calculates everything and will post an explanation after I'm smart enough about it to do so.
